PLEASE NOTE
Christmas, New Year, Easter and Spring Bank Holiday charges are as High Season and that these prices do NOT include fuel for stoves.

BOATS
Visitors are very welcome to bring own small boats which can be launched (at own risk) from our private (shared) lakeshore frontage.

SMOKING
Please be advised that all our houses are Non-Smoking.

BED LINEN
All beds are provided with duvets, pillows and mattress and pillow protectors. All other bedding should be brought with you, ie duvet covers, pillow covers, bottom sheets, and towels. Tea towels, oven gloves, bathmats, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and kitchen paper are all provided.

DOGS
Dogs can be brought provided they are under control at all times and are not left unattended in the house (unless in a cage). There is a charge of £10 per dog per week or £2 per night for short breaks. Please do not allow your pet upstairs.

TELEPHONE AND ELECTRICITY
Cost as advised by supplier (telephone) or by reference to meter readings (electricity).

HIGH CHAIRS
Visitors should bring their own high chair or one can be hired for £10 per week or £3 per night. We do not hire cots unfortunatly.

DEPOSITS AND BOOKING FORMS
Bookings will be confirmed, where properties available, on receipt of completed Booking Form and appropriate deposit. The deposit is £120 for a week or £60 for a weekend or short break. (ie £100/£50 plus VAT). You can download the booking form using this link: Booking Form
